Silver Service 

  • FOC Service

  • Engineer response time within 3 working days (either by text or phone call)

  • Phone or text response will be within 9-5.30pm, Mon-Fri and excludes Bank holiday

  • Any site visit needed is within 10 working days, if over the phone support is unsuccessful

  • Any parts and labour for the call out charged at normal hourly rate + parts + Vat

  • Engineer may not be Spike

Gold Service

  • Engineer response time within 1 working day (either by text or phone call)

  • Phone or text response will be within 8am-8pm, Mon-Fri and excludes Bank holiday

  • Any site visit needed is within   5 working days, if over the phone support is unsuccessful

  • Any parts and labour for the call out charged at normal hourly rate + parts + Vat, but with the addition of a 10% discount​ 

  • The Engineer maybe Spike or another available engineer

Terms & Conditions

  • You are under no obligation to take any of the service plans; nevertheless, as nothing has been chosen, we will presume that you are on Silver Service and subject to its terms and conditions until we hear from you to the contrary.

  • Service plans are billed one month in advance.

  • 30 days notice is required for cancellation and any late payments are subject to a late payment fee of 35.00 for administrive duties.

  • Plans can be swapped, with 30 days notice.

  • The service plan is deemed void and late payment penalties are implied if the payment is not received within seven days of the invoice date.  Service will then revert to Silver Service.

  • ​The need for future uprades cost are not covered by having a service plan.

  • Service plans are for systems and work already undertaken by Wire Wizards.

  • Gold, VIP and Concieerge Plans are available to non-Wire Wizards clients, but they require a survey before payment is taken.

  • Silver service is only availible to Wire Wizards customers who have had systems and work already from us.
